Print Size Settings in Photoshop CC Less Functional Than CS2!

I have used Photoshop CS2 for a number of years in my business to create and print labels on my Primera color label printer. There was never a problem until I was forced to upgrade my hardware with the new Windows 8.1. Because this outdated software is no longer supported, I downloaded the newest Photoshop CC. This software is great, does a lot of wonderful things, many of which I will never need. To my surprise, however, one key element is actually less functional.

When I try to print my labels, I was always able to change the page size in the printer setup area within Photoshop. In the newest version, I am forced to go into the printer setup to change the default settings every time I print a different size label. This takes more time, and in addition to the other differences in Photoshop (and the new operating system in general) makes this really difficult to train my employees how to operate the new system with these added complications. Please enable all printer settings to be made within Photoshop.
