This conversation has been merged. Please reference the main conversation: Lightroom Classic: Presets including raw profiles are sometimes available for non-raws, sometimes not

I created a new preset which I would like to use on my other images also.
When I go to develop a new image that preset I created no longer appears on the list.
It only appears when I go back to the image I created the preset.

I am using a mac

This is a known issue. It's by design, but it's confusing. If you include a profile in the preset (by checking 'Treatment and profile'), then the preset will only show for those images where this profile can indeed be applied. That means that if you select a JPEG image, your presets that apply a RAW profile will not show. And if your preset applies a camera specific profile, then it will only show when you have selected an image that was shot with that particular camera.
