Premiere Elements 10 upload to plus account failed

Upload failed, please logout and login again then kindly retry.
Where do I logout at within the program?
I don't see that anywhere. I tried going online and logging in and out but that didn't help.
I have a Plus Subscription with at least 18Gb of free space. So that is not an issue. It used to work fine.
I am using Win7 64 Ultimate w/ i7 950, 12GB RAM, 4TB HDD's
All programs are up to data as well as drivers.
