Premiere Elements 10 does not display video using my NVIDIA GEFORCE GT 640 video card - as well as many other GEFORCE cards. This has been experienced by many, many users. What are my options? I bought a new computer specifically to edit HI DEF video and it is completely useless. What do you know about these issues? Can you PLEASE release a patch to Premiere Elements 10 to resolve the issue???

Is your video driver up-to-date?

Determine what video card you have and go directly to the manufacturers website (nVidia or ATI/AMD) and download the latest driver: http://blogs.adobe.com/crawlspace/201...

Yes, my video driver is up to date. That is part of the problem. There are many posts about Premiere Elements 10 'breaking' late last year for MANY GEFORCE video cards. My computer is new and PE10 has never worked. A temp fix is to load an old video driver. I've loaded the oldest video driver I can find and it still does not work.

Here are some details from the Adobe site: http://forums.adobe.com/thread/1317675
