Premiere Elements 10 - No video playback using NVIDIA GT 630 video card. Please help.

I added an NVIDIA GT 630 (2GB DDR3) video card to my computer, and now Premiere Elements 10 no longer show the video in the Monitor window or the individual file preview window. When I play the video in the monitor window, I get audio only, with a blank gray screen. If I left click on the monitor window during playback, it will show me the still frame played at that point on the timeline. My legacy onboard ATI Radeon HD4200 GPU worked, and still works. I tried several video drivers, and uninstalled/re-installed Premiere Elements 10. Are there any fixes available? Premiere update, Premiere/NVIDIA settings? Windows 7 settings? NVIDIA drivers? Any help is appreciated.

My system:
2.8GHz AMD Athlon II X2
160GB SATA 7200rpm
Onboard ATI Radeon HD4200 (256 dedicated/512 shared)
Premiere Elements 10
Windows 7, 64bit
Asus GT 630-SL-2GD3-L video card
