After loading a project in 2018 version created with the 2018 version and that has had Shake Reduction applied to one or more clips, I cannot use Export and Share. There is a message that Shake Reduction is in progress or has an error. No matter how long I wait, I can't use Export and Share.
Does anyone else have this problem?
I don't have this problem with Premiere Elements 15.
There is a workaround that preserves what has already been stabilized, but it is very annoying. I posted my workaround on the forum:
Windows 10, Intel i5 PC.
My projects are typically 1 - 2 hours long with clips 3 or 4 seconds long, probably about a third of them using shake reduction. If I want to export, that adds up to a lot of clips I have to step through using the work around mentioned above, clicking on every clip with an orange line above to see if it has shake reduction, with none of them having anything wrong. Then if I have to exit the program or Windows 10 updates do it for me, next time I have to do it all over again.
I can't understand how anyone would consider Premiere Elements 2018 with shake reduction usable. I think I will have to go back to the old version.
