Premiere Elements 12 Crash on Launch

My Premiere Elements 12 is unexpectedly crashing (Windows 10).  It was working last week when I edited a project, but now it crashes on launch.  I can open premiere Photoshop 12, the premiere organizer, and the premiere launcher, but I cannot open elements 12.  I have tried reinstalling it two times and running it in windows compatibility load, but it always crashes on startup.  It starts up fine (goes into the loading screen), but then a "this program has encountered a problem and needs to stop" dialogue appears and the program crashes.

Please help

I fixed my problem.  The recent Nvdia drivers make elements 12 crash.  Revert to the old drivers to fix.

If I knew HOW to revert to the "old drivers" that might work just great.
My question is how come the program doesn't work?
I mean... I'm supposed to be a software geek to use this program? Who knew?
Was that on the box? Was there a disclaimer that said I was supposed to know how to get to "old drivers" and reinstall them... or that I was supposed to know what "drivers" old OR new means to begin with?
I just want to download my old videos, folks, and your ads said this software did that... so far, not so much.
thanks for not much.
