PREMIER ELEMENTS EXPORT ISSUE

I would like to complain about a company like adobe that has no contact information to email customer support for help on a program that you pay to dollar for. The premier elements 9 has "export" under "file" greyed out and that is because apparently it has not F'ing function and I'm supposed to use SHARE tab, unlike every other program out there. UNSAT. FAIL FAIL FAIL. you want $39 to answer my question on a phone call? for what I paid for this program, you should at least have a f'ing email address. I will NEVER recommend adobe products to anyone.

and I had to 'log in' 4 times to post this. Seriously what is with all the login requirements. it has my name on this page "welcome chris' but to hit post, I have to re-log in for the 4th time to get here. this was a little better that the last route through your labyrinth of customer supplied help which required me to install your adobe browser. just what I need another browser. WTF adobe. FAIL
