Premier Elements: PRE 9 crashes

Adobe Premier Elements 9 crashes repeatedly. Using Windows 7 professional, service pack 1. Have reinstall Elements 9 and done a system restore to a point when it did not appear to crash.

One guess, it may be a video driver issue. Determine what video card you have and go directly to the manufacturers website (nVidia or ATI/AMD) and download the latest driver.
