Premier Elements 13 will not burn correctly to Bluray ISO file. The ISO files that are produced are corrupt and not readable by Cyberlink PowerDVD 15 . I have spent hours and hours creating ISO files that then can;t be played or accessed in any way.
Hi. If you use Phantom Drive (german software not expensive), as virtual burner, you can write iso Bluray disk on your HDD but !!! Attention !!! when you start Phantom Drive with "create new image" : - Case 1 if you don't tick "always create image file in full size", then image file size will be the exact size of your movie (13 GB by example). - Case 2 if you tick "always create image file in full size" then image file size will be exactly the size of a full BluRay, according to what kind of BluRay you have chosen (23.1 GB if BluRay RE, 23.87 if Bluray R, 43.73 if Bluray R DL, ...)
after burning, use Phantom Drive as Bluray Virtual Reader Case 1 : if you mount this iso image (13GB by example) in Phantom Drive, then Power DVD says "can't display that kind of disk". Case 2 : If you mount this iso image (full BluRay size) in Phantom Drive, then PowerDVD displays perfectly this BluRay. I don't know if other virtual Bluray burner can burn this full length BR. Try Phantom Drive? it's about 15 dollars. I use it for years as virtual burner for PowerDirector and Adobe Premiere Elements. Bye
