Poor post-sales support

My wife for her business just ordered, downloaded, CS5 right on top of receiving the note that it's now 10% off as of today. Followed-up, and was told tough luck. You could try to "return it", and re-download it, but we can't credit you. Disappointed, and not impressed with first interaction with Adobe directly, particularly for how much we paid.
