Poor multi-screen support in Lightroom

BUG report.
I am using Lightroom across two screens and am using the second screen in Develop mode as a grid for images with the main screen used as the primary image viewing and retouching window.
Lightroom doesn't remember that I have used this set up so each time I switch out of develop mode or start the program I must manually set screen two to grid.
Also I cannot use standard commands to perform a multitude of tasks in this mode with the second screen showing thumbnails. For example I cannot delete images (I have to go to grid on the main screen in library mode to do this and then reset up the second screen as a grid in develop mode afterwards.) and I cannot step up and down through the images, only left and right, (using keyboard commands.)
These seem like very basic errors/oversights.. Please do fix them Adobe! I cannot be the only person using Lightroom in a multi-screen format!
