Photoshop CS6: Polygonal Lasso tool closing too early using a mouse

Photoshop CS6 13.0.6 64 bit. Polygonal Lasso tooll closing too early using a mouse. have done all updates done all things anyone has said to try! There are no fix for it to be found. all is about tablet fix!! Adobe don't care if you use a mouse!! This is a problem. I get told that because it is a mouse it is something new well here it is the same thing I said mouth ago. Still no fix!!!!!! here is a NEW TOPIC !!!!!

Did you install the WhiteWindowWorkaround plugin? Check Help->System Info for the list of plugins loaded to make sure.

Yes all updates and plugins are installed there has not one thing that was asked to try that haven't don't!!!!!!

Which mouse (brand/model) are you using? Have you tried a different physical mouse?

Yes tried Apple mouse model #A1152 Apple magic mouse # m3829/ll/a hp msu0923
logitch p/n 831757 they all do the same thing!!!!!! it isn't the mouse....

What troubleshooting steps have you tried?

Pref restore?

Have you tried running in Safemode?

Have you tried disabling "Displays have separate Spaces" and signing out and back in?
