i can't copy a light in lighting rendering.
before ps cc  i can copy a light  just press the ALT

Can you provide better steps as to what you're doing? Your description is a bit confusing.

I remember when we could set up a light, say the point light, with all the settings we wanted at the size we wanted, and were able to Option/Alt-click on the center point of the light and drag it to another location. I have never found any way to duplicate a light in the new 3D based Lighting Effect filter. There is a lot Adobe could do with this filter and be much nicer to use than AutoFX Mystical Light (basically the only competition I'm aware of), but it may be that the connection to the 3D workspace is its limitation. Or there may just not be enough interest since it shows it hasn't been updated other than to be able to run in 64 bit.
