I reasently installed PHS CS6 from a CD. When I open the programme files and from there open Plugins,
I find nothing but Panels. Is it normal ??

I have PHS CS5 too When I do the same >> open Plugins from programme files
I find a lot (map`s ?) and all down I find Panels.

I want to install a new plugin named Symmetryshop from Artlandia. When done it should be shown/ used from Windows/Extensions. The same place you find Kuler.

Yes, that is normal.
The required plugins in Photoshop CS6 and later have been moved to the required folder. Only third party plugins go in the plugins folder.
