Lightroom: Plot values under mouse cursor in the Histogram

In addition to displaying the RGB values under the cursor as numeric values, please also plot them in the histogram.

I am not sure what you are asking for here:

1. Numeric values? Are you aware that LR give you a percentage value of RGB underneath the histogram that represents the spot over which your mouse cursor is sitting? If you are asking for a 0-255 scale, that isn't applicable to the working color space in LR. However, if you activate the soft proof, you will see a 0-255 scaled RGB value beneath your histogram.

2. Plot them in the Histogram. I would need you to describe this in more detail please.

I suspect he means put a bar or little circle in the histogram like the point curve tool does on the point curve.

I guess that would make sense from the OP description. The Target-Adjustment-Tool in Tone Curve and HSL render that type of request less valuable, I would think.
