I'm aware of the recent Retina updates to Photoshop CS6 but have the Elements program on a Retina MacBook Pro and would like Retina support on Elements 11.

I just download new version of your photoshop elements and I'm using new macbook pro with retina display. The UI resolution is very bad, i feel like i'm on some bad drugs.
Can somebody fix this or can i get my money back, I really feel like i step back in to last century...

Elements 12.

Without Retina display support.

I'm returning my copy of 12 now and trying Pixelmator on the App store. Which is unfortunate since I was expecting a straightforward update to 9 with Retina Display support. That feature alone had sold me on the upgrade, except it's not there.

Adobe, please take note. This is how you lose even long term customers.

Retina Display Support in Photoshop Elements 12.

I've just upgraded from version 9, mainly because I thought 12 would have Retina display support now, like CS6 does.

To my surprise, it doesn't! What's the deal here?

There are a *lot* of people buying MacBook Pros with retina displays, millions.

Is this going to be addressed in a patch soon? I'm not going to wait for version 13 otherwise, I will just return my copy to Amazon and get used to one of the alternatives on the App Store.

Please advise further. Thank you.

Retina support for MacBook Pro Retina.

I downloaded the trial of Photoshop Elements 12 today, but it doesn ́t seems to support the retina display on the MacBook Pro.
Why?
As long as it doesn ́t support my retina MacBook Pro, I see no reason to buy it either, when will you support retina display in elements 12?

Elements 12 does not support Retina display, so your brand new Mac running Elements 12 will look like a bag of old spanners.

Tried to get some advice from Adobe customer support as to whether this is just an interface issue or if it affects the editing element of the photos themselves, but they don't have a clue as to what I am talking about.

As far as I could understand from them, Retina displays are not support and never will be. They don't seem to really care very much.

Thanks Adobe

What are the plans to make Photoshop Elements 12 useful on Mac retina displays?.

I've just bought a macbook pro with retina display and (perhaps stupidly) thought the latest version of Photoshop Elements (12), having been refreshed long since the retina display came to the market, would support it. Sadly when I install the application it's clear it's not doing so. Is it planned to include an upgrade to retina displays within the life of Elements 12? I suspect I've wasted my money

I've just had my query merged into this thread. As far as I can see, this is simply a list of questions about retina support, dating back to Elements 11, with no response. According to the mail I received "I think you'll find helpful information in this similar topic." I'm afraid there's nothing I find helpful in this thread, which goes back over a year with no response from Adobe - who told me to post here for an answer.

Just so I understand is that the purpose of the forum??

Read from the top - it is a request to add Retina support to Elements.
And we can't often comment on unannounced versions of software.

Disappointed Elements 12 doesn't support Retina display on Macbook Pro..

Excited about Macbook Pro Retina display, disappointed that Elements 12 is all fuzzy. Will have to resort to Apple product until it is sorted out.

I throw Photoshop Elements in the garbage can, where it belongs on Retina computers.

The Retina computers have been out for a while, but Adobe doesn ́t seems to be working that hard to get Photoshop Elements to work with theese computers. And, they have released 1 major update to the program during this time.

Other software manufacturer have only made a minor update to their software to get Retina support, why can ́t Adobe??

Adobe Photoshop Elements 12 -- no retina compatibility..

I purchased adobe photoshop elements 12 for my new macbook pro with retina display, only to find that it is not retina compatible. I do not want to work with a subscription service, so this was my only photoshop option-- this is a serious oversight on Adobe's part.
