Please set the watermark and border color automatically according to the background color. If the background is light, the text color is black and the border is white. Also dark, the text color is white and the border is black.Google Picasa has that feature(not option).

Why a white border on a light image?
What kind of watermark and border are you talking about anyway? (A screenshot including the pertinent Panels might help illustrate what you are talking about.)

An automation with a Script (probably even an Action) seems feasible utilising Smart Object copies and the Filter Average and the Adjustment Threshold.

Thanks repley.
The image was generated by Google Picasa,
Border and charactor color set automaticaly

I think when it is a black colored character, it becomes an intermediate color or an emphasis color of the background color if it is a white border.

Like I mentioned before: Smart Object instances can be used to simulate such behaviour to some extent.
