PHOTOSHOP: Please make the cursor visible by inverting its color when it hovers.

I've been asking and wanting this feature virtually since the beginning of Photoshop. And it is: When the cursor hovers over the image have it change its color to the opposite of what's hovering over, and also white to black and viceversa, so one can tell where the cursor is at all times. Sometimes it's very hard to find it and see where you are

That is more or less what Photoshop did (from the start), until the OS blending and cursor APIs changed and took away that option.

Now Photoshop tries to choose black or white, whichever has greater contrast with whatever pixels the cursor is over.

Thanks for your reply, but that is not really sufficient in most cases. Could you implement what I suggested?

No, because of the blend mode limitations, and because inverting color fails (becomes invisible) when the color value is near 128.

Would it be possible/feasible to have a preference option to select a constant color for the cursor?
