Please help solve syncing issues again

Desctop clients show spinning syncing indicator (1 client shows 3 photos syncing, another over 300) Both Macs on latest os versions.

Mobile (iOS) clients sync properly.

Did all the suggested resets etc... Nothing works.

It was a sound idea but sadly it did not help.
Unstacked all of the stacks, tried resseting the app, redownloading thumbnails etc.. nothing helps

Please go to Help>System Info... and get us your installed Lightroom version number on both Desktop clients. 

Then go to your Mac icon and click it, selecting "About this Mac" then click "System Report" scroll to Software and get us your exact installed OS version number (including the build in parenthesis)_

Both are the same:

macOS 10.15 (19A558d)

Lightroom version: 2.4.1 MAS [ 20190911-1202-844edb7 ] (Sep 11 2019)

Note: Macs are currently on betas, but don't let it mislead you, as the problem started when I was on stable releases.

Currently Mac Beta OS's are not supported. The problem may have started prior to your installing a beta OS but we can not adequately troubleshoot systems on non-supported OS's.
