Please get rid of Windows Ink? CC2019 - pen pressure problems

I think this has been reported in older versions but there is conflict between Photoshop CC2019 (20.0.06) and Windows 10 v1903 and it would be great to not have to use Windows Ink!

Because I have to have Windows Ink turned on to recognise pen pressure and I have it turned off everywhere else (because it's awful and gets in the way of a desktop setup), When I switch between apps and come back to Photoshop I lose pen pressure. Minimising and maximising Photoshop brings it back but good lord is it frustrating when you're on a project that relies on the pen tool.

Customer service were SUPER helpful and immediately fixed it with this https://community.adobe.com/t5/Photoshop/Photoshop-CC-2018-IGNORES-TABLET-PROPERTIES/td-p/9459935 but it's crazy that it needs a custom text file.

Suggest having this included by default or sacking off Windows Ink altogether.

Thanks!
