That depends entirely on what you want to do, and what level of experience you have with image editing.

Snow Leopard is pretty old. Apple no longer supports it and we no longer create software to run it.

Photoshop Elements 11 was the last version that can run on 10.6.x. Looks like you could get a copy of that from Amazon still: http://www.amazon.com/Adobe-Photoshop...

Lightroom 4 was the last version that can run on 10.6.x: http://www.amazon.com/Adobe-Photoshop...

I don't recommend buying older versions of Photoshop from Amazon Marketplace resellers or Ebay as most sold from these unauthorized resellers are counterfeit: http://blogs.adobe.com/photoshopdotco...

Note, 1:1 phone/chat support isn't available for older versions of our software - though we can assist you here.

Ideally, I'd suggest upgrading your system to run a modern, supported OS (10.9x, or 10.10.x) and do this deal which gives you access to Photoshop. Lightroom & Lightroom mobile for a complete photography solution: https://creative.adobe.com/plans/phot...
