Lightroom Classic: Please allow Lightroom to start up in the background so that I can multitask

Lightroom takes about 15 seconds to load up on my computer. Because I fully expect Lightroom to take its time to load up, I like to browse the internet or do other things while it loads. However, Lightroom will constantly steal the focus away from my active programs every time I switch back to the other program. Please allow Lightroom to open up silently in the background.

It's been 2 years. Why is this not done yet? I'm on Windows and I'll toggle out to something else after starting Lightroom, and yet it keeps pushing itself to the top. I toggle out again (because it takes 10 seconds to open) and within a second I'm back to looking at the Lightroom graphic.

Premiere Pro doesn't do this, your other apps don't do this, why the bloody heck is Lightroom stuck like this?

Not every request from every Lightroom user can be honoured. It takes developer time to implement, sometimes it might take a lot of time. Time that cannot be used for other improvements. That is why Adobe looks at the number of votes to get an idea how many people think this is important. Seven people voted for your request, which is not a lot.
