There is no profile for this lens, and since you have deprecated the self-creating tool, I do not have a means to apply an appropriate profile for this lens. Mine is a mid-to-late 1990s model (*not* the E-Series), but with a serial # in the 8xx- range. Thank you!

You can find the Lens Profile Creator here:

Hi JEA -- I already downloaded it, and it does not seem to run on latest MacOS. When attempting to launch it nothing happens. And Adobe states it is no longer supported, so I am not sure if there is another option here besides being provided a profile by Adobe directly, or finding someone who has created one previously.

Where do you see that adobe no longer supports the Lens Profile Creator?

It should run on MacOS Mojave 10.14, just right click on the Adobe Lens Profile Creator.app and then click Open. After that the Adobe Lens Profile Creator.app should open normally just like any other application.

Hi JEA -- so, it's not the .app that I am having the problem with. It's the .dmg that gets downloaded from the site. It won't extract to create the .app file. Tried on 2 different machines, one running Mojave and one running High Sierra. When I double-click on the .dmg it does a little animation like it's going to launch something, but then nothing happens. When I do Cmd-Opt-Esc to see if there's any type of Disk Image app launched, there's nothing.

Any more suggestions? It would be great to figure this out.

BTW, correction: It is the "Lens Profile Downloader" they said they discontinued, not the Creator. My mistake. But I still can't get the creator to extract.

WAIT! I figured it out :) I thought that when I double-clicked the .dmg it would open an installer, but it just opened the image in my Finder, which I didn't check. I was able to go in there and grab the folder with the Profile Creator. I am ALL SET. Thank you for helping me with that :)
