I really need a Adobe Photoshop or Lightroom CC foriPad 2, not for iPad mini 2 or IPad Air! I need it, I couldn't work with it with my iPad!

Adobe has confirmed it is working on a Photoshop app, but don’t hold your breath. The iPad 2 is very old and almost certainly too old for the future Photoshop app. I also expect that it will only run on iPads with pencil support. Lightroom CC for iPad already exists, but if it doesn’t run on an iPad 2, then it never will. It would not be very realistic to expect Adobe to work on new software for outdated hardware.

The point is that this hardware is simply not powerful enough for the apps you want. What you are asking is to make fuel that will let your Lada drive at 300 mph. Adobe has made quite a few apps that do run on your iPad too (like Photoshop Express), but Lightroom CC needs more power and the future Photoshop app needs that even more.

Well, okay, let's talk about Windows PC. Is there Lightroom CC for Windows PC or as iPad 2 no way? Only for the newest iPads and MacBooks? Because I've searched for this app and I didn't find it.

Photoshop Mobile will be released within this year and is build upon the iPad Pro (3. Gen 2018) as far as I know, as demonstrated on the Apple October 2018 Keynotes.

I wish there was a more open development process from Adobe. What they showed at their keynote seemed pretty impressive already. Unless it was a rigged demo. I am sure we all could be a viable source for feedback and usability studies. I really hope it's not going to be something like the half baked Lightroom release for iOS.
