On the download page ( ) there are 2 groups, one for CS5.5 and one for CS5 below that. You want the lower group.

Legacy downloads for the Pixel Bender plug-in that are compatible with Photoshop CS4, Photoshop CS5 (12.0) and Photoshop CS5 (12.1) have been relocated from Adobe Labs to here:

Pixel Bender was an Adobe Labs preview technology that is no longer being developed. The older Pixel Bender plug-ins are not compatible with Photoshop CS6.

Photoshop CS6 has taken the Pixel Bender filter most popular with customers, Oil Paint, and turned it into a shipping feature in CS6.

Hi, I'm trying to download and install Pixel Bender on to my copy of CS5. When I go to the Adobe Labs area, and follow the link to the 64 bit Mac version, I'm just getting a page of gibberish instead of a download page. I'm running a Mac, with Lion and using Safari. Appreciate any help you can give me. Thanks.

I'm a little late to this conversation, but I've been trying to download pixel bender for CS5 for mac from the Adobe Labs link and it comes through with a damaged Install file. Anyone have any suggestions?  I've contacted Adobe, but they weren't very helpful!
