When I print the photos - they have a reddish cast more than when viewed on screen - This is new and didnt happen before when the colors appeared more true.

Which application are you using?
Which version?
Which OS?
Which printer?
Which printer driver version?

Have you changed any of your print settings?
Have you changed any print cartridges?
Have you checked for clogged print heads?

I have this problem also. After adjusting a photo in PSE-11, print will have a reddish tint, approximately 10-15% towards red. Following PSE's recommendations re profiles, turning off color management by printer, etc., doesn't change results. Printing same photo in another photo editor, even the one adjusted in PSE, the color is closer to expectation, no red tint. No idea where to start to correct. Have had same problem in previous versions of PSE.

Are you using the same settings in the other editor (app converts, printer management off)? If not, then the result is not comparable.

This could be anything from a bad display profile (making you see the preview with the wrong colors, even though it will print correctly), to a bad printer profile (converting to the wrong colors), or a mistake in settings.

Have you tried downloading and printing a known color target?
