I am using a 2.3 GHZ intel core I5 mac mini.I have downloaded and uninstalled Photoshop CC twice. I have also logged in and logged out from the preferences section of the download quite a few times. Photoshop CC will now open after the last update but, if I try to open a file or create a new file it immediately crashes. In other words Photoshop CC does not work...any secrets? Help please.

It works for most other people.

What does the crash report say?

No crash report. Just the ever spinning wheel.

Then it hasn't crashed, just hung.

Alright. I just went under preference and clicked synch settings. So far Photoshop CC is now working for me. For anyone who has encountered some four letter words from me. I do apologize. However, if I was going to be defensive about it, well, iy has been a confusing weekend of downloading.

Did you install the 14.1.1 update?
And sync settings just sends your prefs to the cloud. That shouldn't affect performance or stability.

Something else was going wrong and causing the hang/freeze.
