When I start up Photoshop CS2 now under Windows 7 it says it cannot continue unless I have administrator privileges. I DO have administrator privileges, and it always worked before. What could have changed that has made the program do this? I have been using it on this machine for about a year now without problems, but now it puts up this error message and will NOT let me continue. I have made no changes to the Windows software lately.

The entire error message is:

Adobe Activation

You are not allowed to continue because your account does not have the proper privileges. Please log in using an account with administrator provileges and try again.

I have only one account on this machine, and it DOES have administrator privileges!!!

Have you tried creating a new admin user account to see if that solves the problem?
