After some time of working Photoshop response time is gradually increasing up to a few seconds (e.g. I try to move some object, but it starts to move only after a few seconds). I tried to clear the Photoshop memory and disable autosave function, but nothing happens. The problem occurs regardless of material size, it can be 200x200px and 5Kx5K, so I need restart Photoshop every time it happens. And after restarting everything goes fine for some time (about 30mins) than response starts increasing again.
I have enough of memory, CPU (I use AMD FX 8-core processor and 8Gb of RAM) and disk space, I also use different from the system Photoshop working disk. I think it began after my Photoshop CC has been updated.

What OS version are you using?
Have you updated your video card driver from the GPU maker's website?
Have you tried disabling third party plugins?
Have you closed or disabled Flash panels/extensions in Photoshop?

It seems that my GPU driver was really not up to date. Now I have updated it and so far I haven't noticed any problems. Thanks, I will check further.

No, the problem continues :/

The longer Photoshop is open, the more time should be passed between mouse click and its response. But some tools, like "classic magic wand (not quick selection tool)" and "ctrl+z","ctrl+alt+z" continue to work perfectly.

Photoshop interface also works perfectly, the problem affects only tools. For example now, Photoshop with a simple PSD that I have been created and opened for about 1 hour, have response time about 2.5-3s.

I use
OS: Windows 8.1
CPU: AMD FX 8120
RAM: 8Gb
GPU: 1Gb ATI Radeon HD 7770

I use the CC Photoshop version, just downloaded and installed from the creative cloud. I didn't install any additions (except of fonts).
