Photoshop: Option to not modify/truncate file names when using Save for Web

"When I save an image for the web, I want the exact filename I type in -
not truncated to a miniscule character limit behind my back, not with
hyphens in place of the space I typed in, but EXACTLY WHAT I TYPED."

This has always been possible using Save For Web's Output Settings dialog.

In Save For Web, choose Output Settings... from the menu:



Choose "Saving Files" from the pop-up menu in the dialog. If you're saving a single file, make sure all the "Filename Compatibility" options are unchecked:



Now, if a save a file with the named "When I save an image for the web, I want the exact filename I type in - not truncated to a miniscule character limit behind my back, not with hyphens in place of the space I typed in, but EXACTLY WHAT I TYPED" for example, my file name looks like this after it's saved:
