My Photoshop CC isnt saving my files.

I have beedn using photoshop to draw for a few years now, and I got CC only a few months ago. (Please note that the laptop I had when I first started using PS was 32bit, unlike my newer 64bit)Not once had I run into the problem of it not saving so I don't know what to do. Ive seen that changing the resolution would help, but it doesn't. So what can I do now?

What do you mean "not saving"? What exactly happens when you select File->Save ?

Nothing. If I click it, it wont do anything. An error or pop up doesn't come up either.

Could the OS save dialog be off on another screen (maybe one you disconnected or turned off)?
Do you have any utilities running that modify the OS save dialog?

The open and save dialogs are OS dialogs, not application dialogs (which is why they look and act mostly the same across all applications).
