If I am working on an image in Photoshop CC 2014 in 'Full Screen Mode with Menu Bar' I use Command-Tab to change apps/spaces. Now, when I use Command-Tab to return to Photoshop the screen mode changes to 'Standard Screen Mode'. I must then press 'F' again to get it back to 'Full Screen Mode with Menu Bar'.

Hi Steve,

Which MacOS are you using?
Have you updated to CC 2014.1 already?
I'm unable to reproduce on my end MacOS 10.8.5, CC 2014.1.

Might try resetting preferences if you haven't tried this yet: blogs.adobe.com/crawlspace/2012/07/photoshop-basic-troubleshooting-steps-to-fix-most-issues.html#Preferences

Regards,
Pete

My OS is 10.9.4

I have 3 machines and this happens on all 3.

I have the latest version of Photoshop. I've stopped using PS CC 2014 altogether because this issue is so frustrating. I don't feel I should be paying $9.99 a month either when one of my apps us unusable in my opinion.

Hiya Steve,

I cannot reproduce this on any machine I have here, running 10.9.4, 10.9.3, and 10.8.5. I'm guessing there's one more setting specific to your setup causing this. Are you running some additional software that captures keyboard commands? How about a keyboard emulator or pointing device, including a tablet? It really sounds like something is taking your input and "adding" to it in some way.

I'd be happy to help troubleshoot this with you live via a web-hosted screenshare. Just let me know.

Thanks,
David

David,

I'm still experiencing the same problem described above, when can we schedule a troubleshooting session?

Thanks,
Steve
