Photoshop: improvements to blur gallery

1: make the filter remember the last lot of adjustments
2: make the filter respond to a mask (ie use the mask to generate the area and level of the effect). This would give you way more control of which bits of the photo are blurred and would encourage non-destructive editing.
3. If not the above then at least let us add the types of blurs like we are combining MASKS rather than overlaying effects. EG: Currently if I add an iris blur to a tilt-shift then it will blur again the areas already blurred. All I may want to do is soften the edges of the tilt-shift that are not blurred by the effect.

1) Like all the filters, hold down option while reloading the filter and it will re-use the last set of values.

3) The filter cannot un-blur, only add to the existing blur. To re-edit, you'd have to use a Smart Filter (filter applied to a smart object).

Chris. If you use another filter in the interim, this does not apply.

I'm aware of what the filter can't do. That's why this is a an idea, not a question :)
