Photoshop + illustrator selling package

1. First of all I do drawing and art only for hobby for now. Currently I'm unemployed and I'm using my free time to learn new stuff and expand my area of knowledge. Previously I worked as computer programmer and game developer, but I always had a good sense of geometry and graphical stuff. I lots my job during financial crisis in my country (that still lasts) and I currently cannot work because of my health issues.
So I took course to learn how to draw and create art in illustrator and photoshop. But lately when adobe changed their selling packages to subscriptions I was really disappointed how they did it. It's take one program for 22€ per month or whole package for around 59€ per month. Ok that doesn't sound much and prices are pretty good, but I only use 3 applications from adobe suite: bridge, photoshop and illustrator. So why paying 59€ per month for a whole package? Why cannot adobe make one small package for several types of designers: like photographers just got a package photoshop + lightroom. Artist should get photoshop + illustrator. I can dish out 30€ per month with no problem, but it's kinda sad to pay 59€ for a whole package and not even using it. It is ok if you are in company, but for individuals who cannot pay so much adobe should make more packages.
