Photoshop: Global Command Palette

One thing that would be immensely helpful for my daily Photoshop use would be a Sublime Text / Intellij - style command palette. For anyone unfamiliar with the idea, the gist is that you can open a search box with a keyboard shortcut (Ctrl + Shift + P in the case of Sublime) and vaguely type whatever you want to do (i.e. "Gaussian Blur", "Puppet Warp" etc) and it would pull up action suggestions from all menus and tools. The advantage of this is that it spares the necessity of defining hundreds of additional keyboard shortcuts (and remembering them - there are certain actions that I perform so rarely, I'd rather not have to remember a shortcut).

See here for an example:

You mean this? With Adobe Cofigurator you could do custom panel with UI Search. But Configurator is dead, because Photoshop UI was Flash based(and Configurator did flash panels) and now is UI based on HTML5 and JS. I am not sure if there is plugin which works with current PS CC

And Design Space in Photoshop can do exactly what you want.

But Design Space is still not good for work and is dedicated to webdesigners.
Photoshop itself can't do that now.

Nice. I wasn't aware of "Design Space".
