Photoshop & Front End CSS Styling integration. Or a lightweight targeted new program.

I work as a front-end developer. I code websites, CMS pages, E-mails, and landing pages often from scratch straight from PSD's that my designers send me.

Something that would be incredibly handy to have would be possibly profiles or some features in photoshop that constrain designers to specifications. Ideally there would be a way to submit a CSS style sheet into photoshop, and then my designers would be designing in the correct, fonts, colors, style, that are already defined in the website. It would be nice if the designers could go into photoshop, create a new file, or go off of an existing template, and have all of their body text choices, heading text choices, colors, backgrounds, laid out and be easy to find. While also ensuring that the branding remains intact, that all of the company website pages are made using the same standards.

This might not be a photoshop feature request, maybe it could be a new targeted lightweight program. I think it would be very useful. As far as photoshop, the only photoshop things my designers use are: text, images, backgrounds, shapes, gradients, opacity. I can not think of anything else that they really use when sending me designs. This would greatly speed up my workflow, and this would help to keep my designers from running rampant on occasion with styles that are not a part of our branding, or that go against the style sheet.
