How can I get rid of the dialog box "Help Improve Adobe's Products"? It causes Photoshop to freeze when I open it.

It's a modal dialog asking you a question - just answer it yes or no.
And it'll only ask the question once, then remember your setting.

Thanks for your quick response but I have tried yes, no and the red close button but it won't go away. I have to force quit Photoshop but when I reopen, there it is.

Until you answer and dismiss the dialog, Photoshop can't save the result and not show it again.

And I'm not sure why it would show but not be answerable -- I don't think I've heard other users having that problem.

Which OS version are you using?

Also, which version of Photoshop? (should be 13.0.3 or 13.1.1)

What changed?

I'd really like to know why it was hanging/not working.
