I teach Photoshop CS5, however have started using a number of iPad apps that clearly prove the device is very capable. Will Adobe ever consider a decent Photoshop app?

I am using ArtStudio, Pixels Pro and PhotoWizard to edit images, and use Photogene and Snapseed for filters. DrawPro and InkPad are excellent vector apps.

Combine the best of these apps and you have a brilliant Photoshop app for the iPad.

Thank You

iPads and similar tablets are woefully underpowered to implement something like Photoshop. They can do very simple compositing and painting on screen size documents, but that's about it. They simply do not have the CPU or GPU power necessary.

And no, the apps you mention fall far short of something like Photoshop.
