I'd like to make a Photoshop feature request: provide some way to identify which layers are not used by any layer comps and give the option to delete the unused layers. We have PSDs that are general repositories for our webpage designs. We use layer comps to create new arrangements of the page as the page continually evolves and requires new features/updates to be designed. Each time we create a new arrangement, we save it as a new layer comp. Some of the PSDs have gotten very large and have a long history of revisions. It would be very useful to be able to identify any layers that are no longer used by any layer comps and delete them.
