I'm new to Photoshop and have a simple question: Where can I find out what the icons mean in Photoshop Express 3.03? I've looked high and low and can't find anything to explain how to use the app. Shouldn't there be some simple guide somewhere? Thanks.

The idea is to open a photo, make desired adjustments by navigating the icons, selecting looks, moving sliders, cropping, etc, and then saving or sharing the photo. The following explanation might help with the icons:

Pattie

In iOS:

Along the top:
the < icon is to go back a step.
The rounded arrow icon is undo.
The magic wand icon is an "autofix"
The arrow in the rectangle is for saving to the device, revel, email, or social media

Along the bottom:
The 3 overlapping circles icon gets you to the "Looks". These allow you to make quick changes by selecting from the preset options.

The ovelapping corners are the crop icon. From here you can crop, rotate, and flip the image.

The two lines with dots on them is the sliders icon. This allows you to make your own changes to things such as exposure, contrast, highlights, shadows, etc.

The eyeball icon allows you to detect and fix red eye.

The square icon is for borders.
