Hi, sorry for my message in Spanish, but send a message to the portal tech support, explained my problem with respect to a program, but have not received any response, my case number is 0182273504 and I met someone named Amit, I said I only had problems with the program Photoshop, this does not open, however the other applications of the package that I have work without problems. I really urge to solve the problem.
I asked the following questions and responded to each:

1) What is the exact error message?. Photoshop can not start a program error
2) Does the problem persist with a different user account?. The program is installed on one machine (iMac)
3) Have you made any recent hardware or software? No. It was soon after installed the Design Premium package a desktop iMac.
4) If all other applications are running correctly in the suite?. If the only program that generates errors is Photoshop, the rest are working properly.
5) Also send us the screenshot. Image capture was sent.

I hope I can help. In any case, I ask something that worries me. If the program starting marks me errors, I can uninstall it and the serial number provided to me install it again? This would cause no problems?. Please, I really and practically solve urgent and waiting almost a week and have not sent me an answer.

OK. Does Bridge launch? If so, can you make sure all the updates are installed? Choose Help>Updates... from Bridge. http://adobe.ly/PS-Up-To-Date

If installing all the updates doesn't work, try restoring your prefs: http://adobe.ly/PS_Prefs

Do you have any 3rd party plug-ins installed? If so, try removing those also: http://adobe.ly/PSPlugIn

I'll have someone review your case # and see if there are any other clues in there.

Adding Geoff Walker's comment here because I deleted the dupe post:

"Yes you can Uninstall it and reinstall but deactivate PS first if you can, if deactivate is grey don't worry just use the Uninstall which is in the Applications Folder inside the PS folder."
