Downloaded newest version of Firefox for mac 10.6.8. Uninstalled flash player and re-installed newest version. Re-started computer prior to each installation. No change. Tried older version of Firefox, no difference.
Re-turned Firefox to default, per forum suggestion. No change.
If anyone can help to solve this problem I'll be most grateful!!! Thanks in advance!

They open up alright for me -- what happens when you try?

Are these the videos you're trying to view? http://tv.adobe.com/show/learn-photos...

You might give updating your flash player a try: http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/

If that doesn't work, you could try with a different browser like Chrome.

Which version of Elements are you using?

And which specific videos are you trying to play?

Hi Pete, thanks much for your prompt reply.

Yes, this is the video link to the tutorials I'm trying to watch. When I click on any of those video I get a blank black video screen w/out any controls, it just doesn't play.

I uninstalled an older version of Flash Player, restarted the computer and installed a new version, didn't help. At some point I restated Firefox (newest version) to default state. No improvement. It doesn't work in either Safari or Chrome.

I have an other site which is affected, but you tube works fine, and that's the same player. Not sure what else I could do...

Please try tutorials on any other browser - chrome, safari... and let us know if they play fine.
Also, please list
- the tutorial(s) that is not working and it's URL.
- Firefox version on your machine.

Hi Ankur,

Thanks for replying. I've tried Safari and Chrome, no difference.
Here is a link to video tutorials I'm talking about :

http://tv.adobe.com/show/learn-photos... (sorry, there is no way to create a true link...)

Photoshop Elements 11
Firefox version 15.0.1
OS mac 10.6.8
Flash Player 11.4.402.265

The only video that works is in the following link ( intro to PS Elements 11):

http://www.adobe.com/products/photosh... (please NOTICE HTML extension, which other site does not have)

In the non- playing version Flash Player shows " ATVPlayer VS.1.065" vs "Neroli 4.8.8.1.0" in playing version in intro video to PSE 11...

Pardon my ignorance, I have no clue what that means, quoting here just in case...
Thanks,

Krys

P.S. I have no way to reply to Chris but it's Photoshop Elements 11
