PSE Organizer is a great tool but gets bogged down when you have a lot of images. Creating a native 64bit version would help greatly. Lightroom has a 64 bit version and it works great.

We are all upgrading our computers to 64 bit. Time for the software to catch up!

PLEASE Upgrade your Adobe Photoshop Elements to a 64 bit structure so that my i7 64 bit computer can process your software more quickly. Right now, I have to uninstall your software from my computer until I need to use it, because it slows the operation of my computer down. Then I reinstall it, use it, and then remove it again - all taking a great deal of scarce time.

Adobe needs to release the 64 bit version of elements without the need to purchase the video version premere elements. Many of us just shoot stills and would benefit from a native 64 bit app on a 64 bit win 7 machine

The content aware fill in PSE9 is great, but PSE runs out of RAM when trying to do a content aware fill on a panorama of more than 5-6 frames (source data is converted RAW photos from an EOS 400d). Since more MP will always mean bigger and bigger files it would be nice to have support for 64bit - then PSE could use all of the RAM installed.

Since Version 1 i used all Versions of Adobe Photoshop Elements. Mainly because i like the Organizer. My current Version is still Version 9, as from Version 10 I was dissappointed it is still not 64bit. I am now waiting for a 64bit Version of Elements. I was very dissapointed that Version 11 is still 32bit, so therefor I now think about leaving Elements and select a Programm from a Competitor instead.

I switched to Adobe LIghtroom which is 64 bit. I has a similar interface to Elements. Some things it does better and others not. It is geared more the the professional and advanced photographer.

You can download a free trial. There is also a nice educational discount.
