Photoshop Elements Organizer 12: When displaying a grid of pictures and opening up one of them full screen, then closing it/pressing ESC, it goes back to the grid, but moves the position of the photo up to the top row of the grid, regardless of where it was before you opened it up in full screen.

That does not happen if you are in 'All media' view or in an album. It happens if you are in 'Folders' or 'My folders' view.
If you have several images selected before switching to Full View, they will be selected when you exit that mode.
My suggested workaround : select (highlight) the images you want to see in full view first. If you have many, create a temporaty album.

Thanks for the suggestion. It becomes particularly apparent when viewing all Untagged Items, where I will have a grid of 15 images being displayed (for example) and working my way through them tagging by dragging tags from the list at right, needing to get a closer view of an image in the grid to see what tags to apply, then going back to the grid to resume tagging the rest of the photos, and the position of the one I viewed goes to the top row and I've lost my position of the "grid of 15" I was working on. Sure, I can arrow up and get the selected image back down to the second or third row so I know where I am again in the grid of 15 I had before, but cumbersome. Hoping Adobe can look at stopping this image position shifting behavior in the next update. Thanks.
