Photoshop Elements: load layer styles, or at least be able to organize them

I play around with lots of layer styles (like 200). In PSE 5 I figured out a way to organize them in folders so I could find the type I needed when I needed it. It would be great to be able to just call them up a specific one/type when I need to either by loading them like you can with brushes, or by at least being able to create real categories to organize the different style sets by tpe or something. With lots of hoops, I could add them to PSE 10 (just upgraded), but then I end up with a single, frustrating neverending list. I'm not asking to be able to do all the advanced Photoshop blending and settings (that's definitely Photoshop poers stuff), or even to be able to edit them or anything any more than I can now. It would just be great to be able to find and access the particular one I need when I need it (either in some sort of custom PSE categories like before, or in outside folders and then load them or reference them like with the external pointer for plugins option in the settings when necessary). I use PSE to scrapbook a lot as well, and lots of those layer styles were a staple until now. I know this would be invaluable to me and anyone else who uaes lots of things like premade styles, but isn't interested in building it from scratch or anything.
thanks.

Hi,

PSE 11 provide a way to load and organize your layer styles from Effects panel as well as from Preset manager.
