In photoshop elements 10, why is there only one basic theme when creating a cd Jacket cover when in photoshop 6 there were several options?

Also you can add upper arced text but not lower arced text?

You have just as much versatility in PSE10 as you did in PSE6, just the way you go about it is different.

In PSE6 you would choose all of your settings up front, selecting a theme and layout. The theme was just a selection of the background graphic/pattern, the layout would be the frames your images would go into.

In PSE10, you choose your theme (now called "Artwork") and your Layout after you've started the creation process. When you go to Create and choose CD Jacket, you are only given one choice, select Basic (this is simply because this same creation engine is tied to other creations which require upfront choices due to third-party print services). After you click OK, under the Create tab in the top right will be four more sub-tabs: Pages (if your creation is multiple pages, which a CD Jacket is not), Layouts (choose the number and arrangement of images), Artwork (your background graphic/pattern), and Text (the size, color, and effects of your text).
