Photoshop Elements doesn't have the capability to sync with any devices. However, iTunes can take information out of some versions of the Photoshop Elements Organizer and it has the ability to then sync that information.

I know that iTunes synchroizes with Photoshop ELements album - I got rid of my iPhone because of iTunes! The synchronization capability is likely the only thin I'm missing under Android...

I'm not sure about Elements, but you can create a Publish to Disk service in Lightroom to publish to any mounted devices storage.

Such publishing is not technically syncing, but if you'd like to send images from Elements Organizer to any external hard drive or storage device (including Android phones), it can be done.

1. Select the images you want to send to the device.
2. Go to File > Copy/Move to Removable Drive
3. Select the Move Files option if you want to remove them from their current location so that they are only stored on the device. Click Next.
4. Select you device. If you Android is plugged in and set for USB Mass Storage, it should appear on the list.
