I have Elements 9 on an iMac. Today I upgraded to Lion and now Photoshop will not open. The utility monitor says it isn't running and the opening dialog box just says it is measuring memory. Help!

Hi ,

Try after restarting your system with un-check the option of 'reopen the currently running applications'.
It may be possible you haven't sufficient memory .

Did you migrate applications from another machine or drive?
Sometimes MacOS doesn't copy all the support files correctly, or has messed up permissions after migrating. Repairing permissions can help, but you may have to reinstall Elements.
