Photoshop Elements: Error when I use Editor or Organizer: Ver: 9.0.0.0 Name: tdd.dll Ver: 2.2.2009.1011 Offset: 000253da

My Purchase copy of Photoshop Element 9. CD.after installing. I keep getting Error Message each and every time, I try to use it. It does not matter which one I use. Organizer or Edit in less than a minutes I get and Error message involving both PhotoshopOrganizer.Exe and PhotoshopElement.Exe Error is ( Ver: 9.0.0.0 Name: tdd.dll Ver: 2.2.2009.1011 Offset: 000253da. I really need some help on this. I am hearing impaired and the phone does not work well with me I haft to use my wife as a go between .E-mail is better in my case. My name is Ron. ironhors@iland.net give this to some who really care about helping others.
So How do you relly get some help at ADOBE.COM

Please try doing this in the minute or so you have before the application crashes:

1. In Organizer, go to Edit>Preferences>Media-Analysis...
2. Uncheck every option. Click OK.
3. Close and relaunch the Organizer.

It is important that you are able to successfully close the Organizer and not let it crash. The crash will most likely prevent the settings changes from being saved. Also, if you feel strapped for time (like you can't complete all steps before the crash), the most important option to disable in step 2 is "Analyze Media for Smart Tags Automatically".

If you find that you are still encountering issues, try creating a new catalog with these same options already off.
